Registration will be open to those who have attended the 2023 Event. You have until August 1st to get your spot secured with a desposit.  After August 1st we will open registraiton up to the public.  YOU WILL NEED TO FILL OUT QUESTIONS, AND SUBMIT FORM ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO SIGN UP.

 

Each cropper must fill out a registration form, if you do not have access to a computer or can not do this, you must have a friend fill it out for you. 1 Form per group WILL NOT be accepted. We need everyone's information. So if you are in charge of a group you will need to fill this out for each person.

IT WILL DEDUCT MONEY FROM OUR FEES. IF THIS IS DONE INCORRECTLY WE WILL REFUND YOU AND ASK THAT YOU DO IT CORRECTLY. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT TO MY PERSONAL EMAIL.

NSF FEE FOR CHECKS THAT BOUNCE:  $35.00

 

PRICE : $175.00

There will be a $75.00 deposit to hold your seat. You must submit this with in a week of signing up to hold your spot. If we don't receive the deposit we will let your spot go.

Balance will be due January 15, 2023

CANCELLATION POLICY: **NEW THIS YEAR

We will have a processing fee of $25.00 (this amount will not be refunded even if you find someone to take your spot.)

 

There is a $75 non-refundable payment to hold your spot. IF YOU CANCEL 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND THERE ARE NO ROLLOVERS. ***In the case of an act of God (not limited to but including pandemic) or a weather emergency and we have to cancel do to storms, God made disasters, pandemics, health crisis, surgeries, illness or closure of the event center we are not responsible and refunds will not be made.

*If you are able to fill your spot then Crafty Chicks will only keep the $25.00 processing fee and you will have your friend

contact us to switch everything over and make payment.  If shirts are purchased we can not gaurantee their size.  We will refund all but the processing fee.
